I found the cleanliness perfect. My room was serviced daily, and fresh linens were always provided. The staff addressed requests promptly. The in-house dining options offered several cuisines. I especially liked the breakfast buffet... It had great variety. I found the concierge helpful in arranging transportation.

I received a complimentary upgrade to a large villa. The villa included a private heated pool. There were also two full bathrooms and a large bathtub. This hotel provided the best experience .
Room service was very slow. It took three hours to receive plates and glasses after I ordered them.
